About Nowak Consulting Inc.
Experience. Objectivity. Results That Matter.
Providing expert substance use analysis to support accurate, defensible outcomes in complex legal cases.
WHO WE ARE
Specialized Expertise for Drug-Related Cases
Nowak Consulting Inc. works at the intersection of substance use and the legal system. Drug-related cases often involve complex clinical, behavioral, and scientific factors that can be misunderstood or misinterpreted.
We provide clear, objective analysis to help attorneys and courts accurately evaluate substance use patterns, intent, and evidence—ensuring decisions are based on real-world understanding and credible expertise.
WHY IT MATTERS
Accurate Interpretation Can Change Outcomes
Drug-related evidence—such as quantity, packaging, or toxicology—does not always reflect intent or behavior accurately. Misinterpretation can lead to disproportionately severe consequences.
Our responsibility is to provide clarity that supports fair and well-informed decision-making in high-stakes cases.
